Hookstamp1. Acceptance and operator
By using Hookstamp, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product. Hookstamp is provided by the seller identified in the Legal Notice.
2. What Hookstamp provides
Hookstamp is a Chrome extension that saves references to sections of YouTube videos as Tracks and organizes them into a personal Library and Playlists. It does not download, re-host, redistribute, or re-encode videos. Playback uses the original video on YouTube.
3. Permission to use
You may use the extension for your personal Library, subject to these terms. A Full purchase removes the Track and Playlist count limits described below; it does not transfer ownership of Hookstamp or any YouTube content.
4. Your responsibilities and content rights
Use Hookstamp lawfully and in accordance with YouTube’s rules and applicable law. It is not a means to bypass access restrictions. Hookstamp grants no rights to video or audio hosted on YouTube; those rights remain with their respective owners. Source videos may become unavailable or require access you do not have.
Hookstamp is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google.
5. Free and Hookstamp Full
Free supports up to 50 Tracks and 3 Playlists. Hookstamp Full supports unlimited Tracks and Playlists for a one-time purchase: ¥990 for Japan or US$6.99 internationally. There is no subscription, recurring billing, or additional in-app charge for Full. Review the amount shown at checkout before purchasing.
6. Availability and changes
Features and service availability may change, including because YouTube, Chrome, or other services change. A one-time purchase does not guarantee perpetual operation or uninterrupted availability. Keep backups of Library data that matters to you. These statements do not remove rights you have under applicable consumer law.

See our Refund Policy. Contact support if you cannot restore a legitimate purchase before buying again.
8. Misuse and suspension
Do not use Hookstamp for unlawful activity, abuse payment or restore systems, interfere with the backend, or attempt unauthorized access. We may restrict service access when reasonably necessary to address abuse or security risks, subject to applicable law.
9. Disclaimers and responsibility
We aim to provide a useful product, but cannot guarantee it will be error-free, always available, or suitable for every purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused by unavailable third-party content or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Applicable law and updates
Applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction, continues to apply. These terms do not select an exclusive court or override those protections. We may update the terms and will publish the updated text and effective date here.
